Mentor2 years ago@laurlaros-4 You only have a limited time to return the item once the label is issued. It still should be good as long as the case is not closed due to returning too late. You have 10 days to return an item once the label is issued. After that it's too late.
You can ask CS about an extension on the case. They sometimes allow an extra 5 days if the case was not closed yet

OP2 years agoThank you for the follow up. The label expired yesterday and the seller is stating she doesn’t understand how to redo the label if I can get an extension that will be fine but I’m afraid if I bring the label to US PS it won’t ship properly.

Mentor2 years ago@laurlaros-4 I have never seen a return label, since I have never had to return an item. However with shipping labels I frequently buy them a day or two ahead of time and use them just fine.
