Return label expired but return window has not
I purchased an item two weeks ago that I could not use (my mistake), so I initiated a return. I was sent a label and given a deadline to send it out of October 10. Unfortunately I missed this window. The listing says I have until November 4 to start a return. I'm not sure how to go about returning this item now as the shipping label I was given is no longer valid. Do I ask the seller for a new label? Do I need to pay for my own shipping now? Can I even return the item??
