Return label can not be printed for use

Question

The seller sent me a return label in JPEG form. Which was great, however to I went to print this label the label it was pixelated and was of no use due to 2K JPEG. I emailed the seller explaining the problem that I needed more than 2K to print the return label. I am still waiting for a return label as the days tick by with no results.

Did you open a return request? If not, do that now so that eBay can help if needed.

Go to your purchase history - select return this item. Under reason for return, select does not match the description, and follow the prompts.
The seller has 3 business days to send you a return label or a refund. If he doesn't, or says he can not send a label, or sends another unprintable label, go to your case and click 'ask us to step in'.

If you have a request open, use the ask us to step in option.
