Return label approved but not accessible
Summary: veroma-7217 is experiencing difficulty accessing a return shipping label for an approved return. They cannot find the "Print label" option in their return details and are repeatedly redirected to the pickup or drop-off selection screen. Despite the seller confirming it's available, veroma-7217 requests the label be sent directly or for the issue to be resolved before the October 8 deadline.
need help with an approved return. The instructions tell me to print a return shipping label, but there is no “Print label” option in my return details and I have not received a label. Each time I follow the steps, I am sent back to the pickup or drop-off selection screen.
The seller says eBay has confirmed the label is available, but I still cannot access it. Please send me the return label directly or resolve the issue so I can ship the item before the October 8 deadline.

IF the seller has already refunded you then you will not be able to access the eBay return label. The seller would have to buy a label offsite and send it to you as a JPG image in eBay messages if they want the item back.
If the seller has NOT refunded you then try the print return label button on this page>
Return Shipping For Buyers
If that doesn't work then you will need to contact customer service and have them email you a copy of the label. I recommend social media.
Here's how to contact a general customer service agent:
https://www.ebay.com/help/contact?type=ContactUs&topicId=4000
2. Select a category that best matches your problem.
3. Answer the chat bots question by stating what you need help with. Be brief, don't go into details.
4.Type AGENT ( you may have repeat steps 3 and 4)
5. Request a call back or live chat. (Note that the contact options vary depending on the topic and staffing availability)
