Return label
I returned a jacket I bought for my son, and the seller sent me the refund with a link for the shipping label but when I click on it all I get it the return summary. Asked the seller and they didn’t know and said to go to the post office and ask them??

Mentor3 years agoI can't fathom why the seller would tell you to do that.
At the link below, you can request a call back from eBay by clicking Have us call you on the left side of the page. If you don't see that option, click Chat with our automated assistant. Then type "agent" at the bottom in the chat box. You'll see an option to request a call back there.

They should be able to help with the label issue.
