Mentor3 years agoMake sure you are signed in to the same eBay account you used to make the original purchase when printing the label from an email link.
If you are signed in to a different account, the link will not work.

Mentor3 years agoDownload and install the latest version of ADOBE ACROBAT READER, and specify it as the default for reading PDF files, instead of your browser's PDF reader. Now try opening and printing your shipping label.
