Mentor1 month agoIf you filed the returns request within 30 days of receiving the item, the seller has 3 days to respond to accept the return (you will then receive a link to print the return shipping label) or a full refund (no shipping label since the buyer does not want the item back). If seller does neither, on day 4, go back to the request and click Ask ebay to step in, to force the refund.

OP1 month agoIt’s been over 4 days and I don’t see any EBay to step in option.

Was the item delivered 30 days or less ago? If so, did you open a return request on eBay? If so, what was the reason for the return?
