Return label
I initiated a return yesterday and saw a return ID was created but there was no label I can print.
Does that mean it hasn't been approved.
How many days can I wait to ship the return out as I don't see the shipping label was created?

What kind of return did you open? The type depends on the reason you selected when you opened it.
Not as described refunds- a seller does not have to accept. If you do not receive a return label then you will not be required to return the item before the seller refunds.
Remorse refunds- the seller has the choice to accept or not and depending on the seller's return policy they may pay for the return label or require you the buyer to pay for the label.
You may not receive a printable label but will receive a QR code that you have the carrier scan when you ship the item back. If you are using the app I suggest you switch to viewing the case using a browser or desk top. The app may not always display correctly.

OP3 weeks agoThe return is for a camera that did not work and was not disclose on the sale. Who create the label? Isn't ebay?

Mentor3 weeks ago · EditedSince you had a valid reason for the Return request (Not working or doesn't match description) the seller has to respond within 3 business days with either a prepaid return shipping label or a refund.
If they don't do either, you can go back to your Return Request details 4 business days after you filed the Request and ask Ebay to step in.

Mentor3 weeks agoGo to your Purchase History, click on view Return Request status to see if you have been provided with a return label or a refund.
After 3 days have passed without any action from the seller, you can go back to your return request and click on the link to have Ebay step in to help you.
