Question

Got a refund from an item labelled incorrectly and should have received a return shipping label from the seller; however, they are not commenting other than to say "ship it back".

Chat goes around in circles via EBay and they won't even give me the option of getting a return label through their process.

Help!

Message the seller and tell him his refund closed your return request. If he wants the item returned, he will have to purchase a label outside of eBay and send it to you in a message.

If he continues to be unhelpful, pick a date and tell him after that date you will donate the item to goodwill, or whatever is appropriate.

thanks, it looks like somebody other than me will be getting this junk
