Return label

I'm getting so frustrated with Ebay. I have been approved to return a purchase that was damaged. I received an email stating that I can get a return label. Everytime I try, I get a response that says, "problem. This is our problem, not yours, try later. I keep trying to no avail. Tried calling the customer service numerous times. Nothing. I just want to return this item (3 out of 4 broken canisters which the seller said I could return). Someone please help me..

@jenjoe74 Note that if the seller already refunded you then they either do not want the broken items back OR they made a mistake. It is not possible to print a return label after a refund is received.

If that doesn't work then contact CS and ask them to email you a copy of the label.
