Return label
I have a buyer who requested a return. I went through and sent a label and refund. That was done this am. He is saying he doesn’t have the label. Doesn’t that get sent when refund is issued? On my end it says label was sent. Where does he find it now?

If you refund before you get the item back, no label will be generated (the assumption is that you don't want the item back and the buyer has no obligation to return it). If the buyer is still willing to send the item back, you can buy a label online through a website like Pirate Ship and email it to your buyer.
For the future, always wait until the item comes back (unless you don't want it back).
