Return label
I received a broken electronic unit and I am returning it to the seller. The seller is not sending a return label and has asked me to send it back. EBay is also not offering a return label. I cannot contact ebay, they aren’t there to ask. Do I just mail it and hope to get a refund for return shipping?

Mentor1 year agoDid you open a return request of just ask the seller about a return? eBay cannot send a return label unless you opened a return request that was accepted by the seller. Who pays for the return label depends on the type of return request you opened and the sellers return policy.
