Mentor1 year agoDid you go to your Purchase history, locate the transaction and then click to RETURN THIS ITEM? The seller has 3 days to respond with either a return shipping label or a full refund. If neither happens, go back to the returns request on day 4 and click Ask ebay to step in, to force the refund.
