return label
I've processed a return (my first)and the history states that a return label was sent to buyer. Buyer cant find return label. MyEbay says the returned is "closed". i need help getting them a duplicate shipping label

Mentor1 year ago@mihoe_45 Have you already issued a refund? Once you issue a refund the return label is no longer available for the buyer. You should always wait until you get the item back before you issue the refund.
Contact your buyer and let them know that you were too fast refunding.
Next go to pirateship.com and buy a return shipping label. Save the label as a jpg image and send it to the buyer in eBay messages.
