Return label
I need to return an expired product to the seller but can't seem to find the return label. The seller has already issued the refund. I have tried to look every where but no label. Can someone help me. in figuring out where i can access the return label. Thank you.

You have to open a return request.
Go to your purchase history - select return this item. Under reasons select does not match the description, and follow the prompts.
The seller has 3 business days to send you a return label or a refund. If he doesn't, or says he can not send a label, go to your case and click 'ask us to step in'.
