Return Label
As a seller, how to you buy a return shipping label and send it to a customer? There is no refund involved. USPS lost the original package and I shipped another package right away using UPS 2nd day air at no charge to the customer. 3 weeks later USPS finds and delivers the original shipment so now the customer has 2 items and is willing to send the extra one back. The customer will ship it back to me however I can't find anyway to simply purchase and send a return shipping label to the customer. Can anyone direct me on how to do this?
