I created a return label for buyer but I can't find it anywhere and the buyer didn't get it either

Have the buyer go to this page and select print return label> https://www.ebay.com/help/buying/returns-refunds/returning-item/return-shipping?id=4066&st=
Did you refund the buyer already? If so then they can't print an eBay label. The system thinks you don't want the item back if you refund before the label is printed.
You can send the buyer a return shipping label in eBay messages as a JPEG. Buy the label on Pirateship.com. They refund you for the label if it's not used within 30 days. They charge the same commercial base rates as eBay.
You won't be charged for the eBay label that you ok'd if it's not used.

No I have not refunded the buyer.
I thought I created the label but it's no where to be found. All I get from the return detail page is the return status.
My original listing is set as not accepting return maybe that's why?
The Buyer claims item damaged (it's not) and requests me just do my job as a seller and don't stress her... it is frustrated...

Mentor1 year ago@fayeree. If you approved the label then it's up to the buyer to print it. You can't print it for her. Just share the link and tell her to select print return label button
