return label
What should I do if the seller in China won't send return label, for me to send the item back. For me to send it back is more expensive than I can afford. To send it back is twice as expensive as the item cost me.

Mentor2 years agoThe seller in China cannot send a return shipping label that will be good in this country. S/he has to send you enough funds to cover return shipping, or the other option is to refund you in full, and not require return of the item. If the seller does neither, go back to the returns request and click Ask ebay to step in, to help you.

OP2 years agoShould you send him your pay pall number or should you let Ebay handle any refunds or payments?

I would ask eBay to step in as soon as that option appears in your return request … usually on the 4th business day after filing the request.
I wouldn’t give anyone my PayPal number unless the seller indicated that they intended to send the money.
