Return Label
Hi there! New to ebay. Buyer wanted to return an item. I thought i did the process correctly, but the customer received their refund and I have not received my item back. The buyer said they would send it as soon as they received the return label. I can't find where one was processed and my account says the return it closed. Please help!

Mentor2 years ago@guntotinmomma52 Sorry, you refunded too quickly. What you are supposed to do is ok the refund. Get the item back. THEN issue the refund.
Once a refund is issued you can't send a return label from the request as the system thinks that since you refunded the buyer you don't want the item back. Buyers also have no motivation other than their own conscience to send the item back once a refund is issued.
Here's the work around to fix this problem. Go to Pirateship.com and buy a return shipping label. Save it as a JPG and then send it to the buyer in an eBay message. Then they can return the item.
