·2 years agoHi @r.ctoysbyalex Tell the buyer to submit a return for refund request through eBay's Money Back Guarantee process. Make sure you respond to the case before the deadline eBay gives you. EBay will then send the buyer a prepaid return label. Wait to refund until you receive and inspect the item.
