Mentor2 years ago@sasha283331. Has the seller issued a refund? Once a refund is issued the seller cannot issue a return label from the return request.
If the seller has not issued a refund then you need to return to the request and ask eBay to step in and help, they will make the seller issue a return label. You can't ask eBay to step in until the case has been open for 4 business days.
