Return label
I bought an item. The seller sold me the wrong size. eBay stepped in. Seller refunded and I was told a free shipping return label will be provided. I received an email stating “PRINT LABEL†in blue. Took to Staples to print the said label. They informed me what I already thought…there is no label to print! No label appears when “PRINT LABEL†is clicked. Contacted seller, they told me eBay provides the label. Where is it? HELP PLEASE. How do I print this label when “PRINT LABEL†does not PRINT ANYTHING?

Mentor2 years agoTell the sell that he close your return when he refunded your payment - he is supposed to wait until you send the item back before sending the refund.
Tell him if he wants the item back, he will have to create a label outside of eBay and send it to you. We can tell him how to do this - we explain it every day.
