Request the return through eBay. If your return qualifies for free return shipping they will guarantee you get a pre-paid label for the return.

How to request a return through My eBay

Find the item in your Purchases.
Select Return this item from the menu on the right.
Select your reason for the return and enter a comment about why you're returning it.
If the item arrived damaged, broken, or faulty, add up to 10 images relevant to the reason you're returning the item for, and showing any scratches or defects. Make sure to follow our Images, video and text policy when you're uploading images.
Select Confirm return.
