Return items, bought as guest
Ebay won't reply to my emails, I want to return for refund an item 'brand new' obviously wasn't. I bought as a guest but ebay wants me to sign into my account - I don't have one! I have the item and rider numbers but can't sign in to proceed.

eBay does not use email for returns, or read or reply to emails except for some specific accounts for very specific purposes.
To return an item purchased as a guest, first sign out of your current eBay account, then use the "order details" link in the email you received from eBay regarding the guest order.
