Return items before it arrives
Can I get my money back before the shipment arrives for a phone I won through auction because I got a better price than another deal?

Mentor1 year agoYou can reach out to the seller to see if they will cancel the order. If not, and it has already been shipped you may have the option to return it. You will have to wait until you receive it and then check the return policy in the listing.
You would likely have to pay shipping to return the item and any shipping the seller collected would not be refunded.
The best time to do price comparisons is before you purchase the item. Once you purchase, you really have made a commitment to pay for and receive the item.
