return items 20 days ago and still have not received the refund seller promised.
this is for order number 14-14444-21218 2 orders of 4 coins each. Shipped items using sellers supplied shipping label tracking number ua318345670us . additionally seller is not responding to my emails.

Did you open a Return Request on eBay?

OP4 months agoI did but I thought I was following eBay instructions when I wasn’t getting responses from seller and canceled.
I read that there were other options if I canceled it and once I did I couldn’t change it.
I’d already mailed the coins back.
Also worth mentioning the coins were counterfeit. Fakes, forgeries.
I don’t know why eBay allows this to be sold on their platform.

If you cancelled the return, there is nothing else eBay can do for you.
File a chargeback on your payment method. Use counterfeit as the reason. That goes back to eBay and your seller.
You may be able to report the seller on eBay.

Explain in the box that the coins were fakes.
Coin counterfeits seem to rampant right now, unfortunately. I also would like to see bad sellers removed from eBay.

Does tracking show delivery back to the seller?

OP4 months agoAs I stated multiple times, it’s a Chinese tracking number and I have no way to track it. Number is ua318345670us

Mentor4 months agoIf you returned something outside of eBay -- not using an eBay provided label -- and you have no valid tracking, or if you canceled the return request, then eBay will not be able to help you.
Follow @eastlaneave 's suggestion of a chargeback through your payment method.
