Return Item to seller

Question

I return an item back to the seller back in June 29. The label did not have a tracking number. I already contacted the seller several times and according to them they haven't received it. I do not want my refund day window to expire and pay for something I didn't keep. What can I do. According to the shipping window it has passed. So eBay thinks I haven't shipped it.

Since you cannot prove that the item has been delivered to the seller, you are out of luck.

In the future, you need to follow the correct procedure by filing a Return Request through Ebay.
