return item that arrived completely trashed
I closed an order by mistake. can anybody tell me how to start a return over once this happens. This freezer arrived completely trashed due to poor packaging by the seller. This should have been crated.

Unfortunately, once a return request is closed, another one cannot be opened. Your option now is to file a chargeback with your payment company.
