Return item; seller hasn't sent return label

Question

I need to make a return and the seller said they would accept it. The purchase was made as a guest so it isn't in my purchases so the standard way to make a return doesn't apply. I actually spoke w/ an ebay rep and ebay also sent me an email stating the seller had sent the return label. Things looked promising. The rep said if I was still having difficulties to reach out. I have but just keep going in circles. Have tracking, order and email reference numbers.

Emailed the seller to say I hadn't received the return label but nothing. Any ideas of what to do next?

The regular return process does apply. You just need to be signed out of your account to open the return request.

Copy this link, then sigh out of your account. Use the link on this page to access your guest order and open a return request. Or perhaps you will find the label there ðŸ™‚
