Return item request - png photo won't load
The PNG format photo is only 39kb and the upload keeps getting rejected with the same message "We are unable to upload your photo(s). Please try again with a JPEG, JPG, PNG, GIF, or BMP file." Any help? do I have to disable all my browser protections? Why can't I just contact ebay?
