Return Item purchased as guest on Capital One eBay store

Need to return an item order placed as guest. My account wont recognize the item and seller is not responding.

Guest purchases are not connected to your eBay account, so for help with a guest purchase you must first sign out of your current eBay account, then use the "order details" link in the email you received from eBay regarding the guest order.

If that does not work, try right clicking on that link and choosing "open in a private or incognito browser window" to see if that works better.
