return item problems
I ordered an item on Dec 28th 2023 however within minutes my husband informed me that the item I ordered was NOT the one he wanted... ( he wanted the larger one) so I cancelled the item right away...... however, the item arrived on Dec 30th anyway.... I've been trying at least 5 or more times now to return the item but, I still haven't recieved the return label to be able to return it. This was an expensive item so I don't want to have to pay the return fees for this and I can't order the correct item until I get the money back from the first. We are now getting c lose to the end of Feb 2024 and I am still not able to get any help and when I call the customer service number, I can only reach a machine who keeps telling me to go back online and use the automatd service. At this point in time.... I'm so mad that I'm about to report this issue to whoever I can ..... I feel like I've been ripped off!!!

Mentor2 years agoYou have up to 30 days from receipt to file a Returns Request. Why have you waited so long? If the seller has a 30 day return policy, you are way past that. If the seller had a no returns policy, Changed Mind is a remorse reason, and the seller can decline the return. You can give the item away or sell it on ebay.
