I am trying to return an item, and every time I click on the Print label link, I receive a Server Down page. What can I do?

I am trying to return an item, and every time I click on the Print label link, I receive a Server Down page. What can I do?

Mentor2 years agoMake sure you are signed in to the same eBay account you used to make the original purchase. Find the transaction in your Purchase History and go from there rather than using the link in an email.
