Return item, no packaging materials...
I received an item, a chair cushion. It is a Walmart item but they no longer sell the color and pattern I want. I found it on Ebay. The seller had a different one sent from my local (10 miles away) Walmart. It was dropped at my door with no packaging, just a sticker with my name and a Walmart order number. Walmart said Ebay seller had someone, like Uber they guess, pick it up. The picture is the one the driver took. Isn't that crazy? There is no tracking.
The picture might be considered Proof of Delivery, I guess. So I opened a INAD return, and received a shipping label to send it to a return center via USPS. I am frustrated: You can see there is no original packaging that I could reuse. I have no box that will fit this. I suppose I have to package it, I sure can't just take it back to the Walmart for a refund to me of the price I paid on Ebay. Several questions:
Is there no good option?
I can buy some proper packaging material and send it. The return shipping label prints too small, I can't enlarge it. Can the Post Office print a proper label with the return tracking number (there is no QR code)? And is there item insurance for the return shipping? For whom?
