Return item & Exchange it for me.
Hello customer service! I have already reached an agreement with the seller. The seller has agreed to let me return the NAD+ health care product I purchased on September 17th through the eBay platform. Then the seller will send me the product I want. I would like to ask eBay to help me return the item to the seller through the eBay platform. (Please provide me with the link for returning the item so that I can complete the transaction with the seller.) Thank you very much!

OP11 months agoHello! I applied for a return to eBay on September 20th, stating that the product sent by AllGoodThingsOnline did not match the one I requested. However, eBay did not assist me in the return process and terminated it. I then reached an agreement with the seller through eBay, and the seller agreed to accept the return and issue a refund. I also agreed to purchase the product that met my requirements from the seller again. The seller informed me that his company had hundreds of items that met my requirements. The seller asked me to complete the return process through the eBay platform and purchase the NAD+ product that met my requirements from him again on eBay. But as of today, October 12th, I still haven't seen the return shipping label provided by the seller on eBay! How can I return the product?? If I don't return it through eBay, it may not comply with eBay's rules! And it will also cost an additional $30! I now firmly request eBay to support my request for a return and refund! I will also complete the purchase of the product that meets my requirements from the company again. Thank you!

Mentor11 months agoYou process a Return Request for a refund. Then you can use the refund to purchase the correct item from the seller.
