Return Item due to fit
Hello-
I am new with Ebay. And this is my first return from the seller. The reason for return is "Doesn't Fit". And added comment " These were so cute but they were way too big." I have included on the descriptions and photos of all the measurements needed. Ebay already approved the return.
My question is, does this affect my standard rating as a reseller? Right now I am Above Standard. Will it go below Standard because of the return?

Mentor3 years agoIf you accepted the return and refund after it is returned without ebay intervention, there will be no penalty and you fees will be refunded.
