Return item as a seller
I sent the wrong item and gave him a refund. Hoping he would send the item back, but I realized you cannot open up a return request after you send the refund. What should I do?

When you refund before getting the item back, the buyer has no obligation or incentive to return it. If the buyer is willing however, you can purchase a return label through a program like Pirate Ship and email it to the buyer.
