Return item after return being “closedâ€
I recently ordered two items from two different sellers. Both items I received were not authentic like the sellers claimed them to be, so I requested a return under the “item does not match description†reason. Both sellers accepted my return request and now my returns are saying that I have been refunded and that they are both closed. I have not received any shipping labels to send the items back, so this brings me to my question… Do I need to do anything else on my end as the buyer? I thought with the whole return process I would be sending the items back, but I haven’t received any shipping labels to do so and the returns are already marked as “closedâ€

Typically, if the seller wants the item back the seller will provide a prepaid label or pay in advance for tracked return shipping, then refund upon return.
If the seller actually refunded you without a return, you are not required to do anything further. Once the refund is processed, any links to the return shipping label stop working at that point.
