Return Item
I have been trying to print the return label for several weeks without success. When I click the print label, it takes me to something completely different. I have sent several emails to get an assistant, but have been unsuccessful. I have until Monday, April 27, to process the return. There has to be a better way to resolve this issue. I am very reluctant to buy any other items from this site. Please advise. Thanks

Did you get a refund of your money already?
If so, you no longer need to return the item. You can donate or recycle it.
