Return item.

Question

I have an item that arrived unsafely open which I returned on Jan 13,2026 and is very weird when I try tracking the item back with the label information the seller provided nothing comes up on my USPS tracking information but everything was mailed back to them and to make matters worse the seller has stopped responding my messages all I need is a phone number to be able to get ahold of eBay since the item is not even marked as sent to seller and my case will close tomorrow this has become a head...

There is no incoming phone number for buyers or sellers. If you want a call back from eBay Customer Service, here is how to get a call:

Start at an article close to your question (you can look from here: https://www.ebay.com/help/home)

Scroll to the Bottom of the page similar to your question

1) Click "Contact Us" or the ? then:

In the CHAT WINDOW

2) Type "I need help"
3) Click "Selling" (or your topic)
4) Type "Agent" in the chat window
5) You may need to click "Something Else" or "More Options" or type "Agent" a few more times
6) Click â€œHave Us Call Youâ€ (or "Chat with an Agent")

-- If you use a call filter on your phone, turn it off temporarily, or it might block the incoming call.
