Return item
I bought an item and it clearly states :
"30 days returns. Seller pays for return shipping." I have contacted the seller twice with no response. How do I get this done?
The product packaging was broken and there are finger marks in the product (hair molding paste).

OP1 year agoI actually waited over a week for a reply (and sent 2 messages). After I contacted Ebay, I got a response within an hour.

In the negative you left for this Seller, you stated you opened a return. The Seller has three business days to respond to your return request with either a prepaid return label or a full refund. If the Seller does not, on the 4th day you can then ask eBay to step in and force the refund.
There is no need to contact eBay before the 4th day.
