I bought the wheel. I installed it on my car 3 months after I bought it. I used it for a short time but I had trouble with the wheel very quickly. I can share the photos.

eBay has a 30-day Money Back Guarantee for Buyer Purchase Protection. As the Buyer, you have 30 days from delivery to request a refund. That is long past. Your option now is to try to file a claim with your payment source (bank, credit card, etc.) but that have deadlines as well.
