Return item
Hi I have a buyer who is returning an item they said didn’t work. I have not received the item and asked the buyer to have the item tracked, but they have not responded. The item says delivered but I don’t have the item. I am due to refund them but the item is still out there somewhere. What do I do???

Mentor2 years agoDid the buyer file the returns request through ebay, you accepted, and they printed out the return shipping label? If not, how do you know the tracking shows DELIVERED?
