return item
I want to return the item , but ebay doesn't allow me to return because seller said no return accept, but it is totally wrong item , I want to return for refund , now I can't open the case and I can't call to ebay.
Do you know what should I do for this issue ? Please let me know,

Mentor2 years agoThe seller’s no return policy does not apply when he shipped the wrong item.
Go to your purchase history - select return this item. Under reasons select does not match the description, and follow the prompts.
The seller has 3 business days to send you a return label or a refund. If he doesn't, or says he can not send a label, go to your case and click 'ask us to step in'.
