Mentor2 years ago@aus5334 Make sure your photo is Jpeg and not heic which is the default for iPhones.
You will need to contact eBay customer service if the photo will not upload.
eBay agents are working from home so you have to request a call back or live chat.
Here is how to contact eBay customer service for assistance.

2. Request a call back or live chat from the left hand side of the page.
( If you receive the automated chat assistant type AGENT in the small box on the lower right of the linked page then you will see the options to contact a live agent, you may have to answer the chat bots questions before it allows you to connect to an agent, this is so you are connected to the right department)
3. Or you can also contact customer service by sending a PRIVATE message on social media.
