Return it

Question

I bought a nut milk machine a few days ago. However, there is no manual attached and worst of all, it doesn't work. I decide to return it back, will the postage be refunded as it will be sent back to the seller in China.

@yuel-48 Within 30 days after delivery, go to your Purchase History, find the item, and under â€œMore actionsâ€ click on â€œReturn itemâ€ and select the reason for the return. Attach a photo. The seller will have 3 business days to either accept the return and provide a prepaid return shipping label OR refund without having you return the item. If they don't do either, you can go back to your Return Request details 4 business days after you filed the Request and ask Ebay to step in. I f the seller return shipping address is in another country, s/he will have to send enough funds to cover return shipping, because the seller cannot provide a shipping label good in this country, or they can refund in full without having you return the item. If the seller does neither, click on the link to Ask Ebay to step in, when it shows up in the case.
