Return issues, where to go?
How to buyer order some stuff from me, he didn't need it so wanted to return. I offered a partial refund. Upon trying to submit the partial it looks like it may have taken part but then said it failed?
I don't see any way to contact eBay direct, at least not on their help screen.
When I click on this particular buyers information to son of a message or look it up, eBay logs me out. It does it every time, I don't know why but it means I can't look up any info on this....
Anyone have any thoughts here?
