return issue
hello, a buyer wants to return an item but the buyer does not know how to do it and wants me to request a return as a seller how can I do that?

OP3 years agoThe buyer is telling me that is asking for a photo and its not letting him do it and i responded back saying it was optional but still keeps having the same problem

Mentor3 years agoBuyer either needs to contact ebay to get him pass this problem, or just tell him to save and upload the listing photo.

Mentor3 years agoYou can't buyer needs to click on Return in the drop down menu next to the item on his Purchase page.
