Return issue
After an entire month, a buyer wants to return an item saying it is “not as described†he says it’s a womens small. It is a womens xs. Tags on the jacket show that and we’re shown in the listing. Buyer only shows pictures of the jacket hanging next to another jacket. I do not want to issue a return as this item is exactly as described. I’ve already reported him for making a false claim but have heard nothing from ebay except for the standard thank you for reporting this. What are my options at this point? How long does it take EBay to handle this?

Mentor3 years agoIf the buyer has opened a not as described return, you should accept the return. If you don't, you run the risk of eBay refunding from your money without the item being returned. Plus you will get an unresolved case on your performance. You have 3 business days to respond - then the buyer can ask eBay to step in.
Every seller gets false returns, especially if you sell with no returns. It is part of selling online and can not be avoided.
