Hi,
I bought my Samsung S20 phone in January 2025 from this buyer as a new and sealed celphone. Now after 3 month the speaker stopped working. I called the samsung Care Center and they told me my Phone cant be eligible for Warranty because it has already been activated in Augest 2021, so the Warranty was expired back then. The buyer claimed on the website that the phone is brand new in a sealed box and never opened. I reached back to the Buyer but havent hear from them. Its been only 3 month I had the phone and now it cost the same amount of it worth to fix it. The phone also had a very low battery life, from begining when purchased but I didnt realized, what vould be the reason for it.
I want to see If I am able to get some sort of reinbursement for this because Buyer is being deceptive with providing fradulant information selling the product to sel old cellphone as a brand bew phone.
